BidWar is operated by Nexvoide Group. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@nexvoide.com.
2. Information we collect
- Listing information you submit, including a product URL or public handle, title, description, logo, category, and bid amount.
- Transaction references and payment status supplied by Paddle. BidWar does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
- Basic technical and usage information such as security data, request timestamps, device/browser information, visitor counts, clicks, and pages used.
- Messages and support information you send to us.
3. Public information
Paid listing titles, descriptions, logos, links, categories, ranking positions, bid totals, click counts, and confirmed-payment activity may be displayed publicly. Do not submit confidential or personal information that you do not want published.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate and rank listings, prepare and verify checkout, prevent fraud and abuse, measure traffic, provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve BidWar. Depending on your location, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with law.
5. Service providers
We use service providers including Paddle for payment processing and merchant-of-record services, Supabase for database infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. 6. Cookies and local storage
BidWar may use essential browser storage for interface preferences, checkout continuity, security, and service operation. Our providers may set strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention and secure payment processing.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, including financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal recordkeeping. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of eligible personal information, or withdraw consent. Some transaction and security records must be retained where required by law. Email support@nexvoide.com to make a request.
9. International processing and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours using appropriate safeguards. BidWar is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
10. Updates
We may update this policy as BidWar or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
